Elk Creek Outfitters
Elk Creek Outfitters (ECO) has been drifting rivers in pursuit of musky, smallmouth bass and trout with fly rods and conventional tackle since the year 2000.  Elk Creek Outfitters is based in Boone NC and is a guide service of 5 guides who live to be on the water 12 months out of the year!  Our musky fishing takes place on the French Broad River, the Nolichucky River, and the New River.  If catching a musky on Fly is a dream of yours consider Team ECO your “Memory Maker” as that is what they specialize in.  Of corse conventional tackle gets the job done as well.  The river trips take place in traditional drift boats or comfortable row frame rafts depending on the section of river that is chosen to float.  Please visit them at ecoflyfishing.com or call 706-957-5864.  You can also follow them on instagram at @Elkcreekoutfitters

What types of boat(s) do you use to guide?
I have a 2017 Lund Impact 1875 with a 150 HP Mercury. I load the boat with only St. Croix Rods for the best sensitivity and action for anyone joining me for a day of
fishing! On the days I am not guiding I First Mate on my buddies Charter Boat and
fish competitively for Bass and Musky.

"I am a multispecies guide out of Southern Wisconsin. I specialize in Musky, Pike,
Bass and Walleyes. I am sponsored by over 30 of the fishing industries largest
companies so you will always be using the best products on my boat. Through my
experience I have learned what Muskies hone in on and where they feed during
different times of the day. Helping with this I use handtied baits from
PikeDreamers.com. Give me a shout and lets go fishing!" - Eric Esko
